1. The interface

PuzzleSwap is software that helps you find and execute token swaps on TON. It does not custody your assets, control your wallet, or execute transactions on your behalf — every transaction is built for your review and only goes through once you sign it in your own wallet.

2. Eligibility

You may only use PuzzleSwap if you are legally able to enter into these terms and to use blockchain-based services under the laws that apply to you.

3. Restricted use

You may not access PuzzleSwap from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law or sanctions, and you may not use it if you are a sanctioned or restricted person under applicable law. Attempting to bypass such restrictions, including through a VPN or proxy, is a violation of these terms.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use PuzzleSwap for any illegal activity, to launder funds, to defraud any person, to interfere with the service's operation, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Wallet and transaction responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase, and for reviewing and approving every transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — PuzzleSwap cannot cancel, refund, or recover a transaction once it has been broadcast.

6. Third-party services

PuzzleSwap routes swaps through third-party liquidity sources and works alongside third-party wallets. Those services operate under their own terms, and PuzzleSwap is not responsible for their availability, security, or conduct.

7. Risk disclosure

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including price volatility, smart contract risk, and potential total loss of funds. Nothing in PuzzleSwap constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

8. Disclaimers

PuzzleSwap is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including as to uptime, accuracy, or security.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuzzleSwap and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party failures or your own use of the service.

10. Changes and suspension

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PuzzleSwap at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
