We process information such as your connected wallet address, transaction identifiers, token balances relevant to swaps, and, if you use the Telegram Mini App, your Telegram user ID and username. We also collect basic technical data (like device and browser information) and any messages you send to support.

2. How information is used

This information is used to operate the swap interface, secure your account, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.

3. Wallet and Telegram sign-in

Connecting a wallet or signing in through Telegram verifies your identity cryptographically. We do not require identity documents, and we never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

4. Service providers and public networks

We rely on infrastructure and analytics providers to operate PuzzleSwap. Separately, once a transaction is broadcast to the TON blockchain, its details (such as addresses and amounts) become part of a public, permanent ledger that is outside our control.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Data recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted by us or by you.

6. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect the information we process. You are responsible for keeping your wallet and its recovery phrase secure — we will never ask for it, and you should never share it with anyone.

7. Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time from within the app, and you can clear locally stored preferences through your browser or Telegram client settings.

8. International processing and children

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. PuzzleSwap is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
